Thank you very much for your interest in our resort. I am sending you
all the information about our resort for the summer season.

You can call our stables at 1-719-395-3630 to get an info about horseback
riding. You can call Chamber of Commerce in Buena Vist at 1-719-395-6612

We have renovated rooms up on the side of Mt. Princeton. We call them
the Cliff Side rooms. The price for 2 adults in the summer season is
129.00 per night (Sunday through Thursday), and 139.00 per night
(Friday and Saturday). All the rooms have two queen beds, and a
couple of them have one king size bed wit ha pull out queen sofa.
They have a back porch with a beautiful view of Chalk Creek canyon,
and teak furniture to relax in.



We have poolside rooms in the middle of the hill leading to Mt.
Princeton. They have all been renovated as well. These rooms are
little bit smaller than cliff side. However, they have easy access to
the summer swimming pool. The price for them is 119.00 per night
(Sunday through Thursday) for 2 adults without tax, and 129.00 per
night (Friday and Saturday). They have two queen size beds, and
couple of them have one king size bed.



We also have rooms in the main lodge. These rooms are more accessible
to the hot springs, restaurant, and front desk. They have all been
renovated. The price for these rooms is 120.00 per night for 2 adult
(Sunday through Thursday), and 130.00 for Friday and Saturday without
tax. This price is for a regular room with two queen size beds, or
one king size bed. We also have three annex rooms. They have two
queen size beds in the main room, and a double bed off in another
room. These room are renovated as well. The prices for the annex
rooms are 150.00 per night for 2 adults on week days, and 160.00 on
weekends.

It is 10.00 for any additional adults and 5.00 for children.



We have ten new cabins across the river from our main lodge. They can
sleep 6 - 8 people. They have one king size bed in the master
bedroom, and two queen beds in the loft, plus pull out sofa. The
price is 275.00 per night without tax for week day, and 300.00 on
weekends (Fridays and Saturdays). We also have couple condos with one
king size bed, and a pull out couch that will sleep 2 - 4 people. The
price for the condo is 159.00 per night for 2 adults without tax for
week day, and 169.00 on weekends. These cabins are located along
beautiful chalk creek.



We are also finishing seven more cabins which can sleep up to 10
people. They rent for 375.00 on week days and 400.00 on weekends.
They have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft plus pull out sofa.
These rooms are located across the road by the summer pool.



We are no pet facility.



We have a restaurant on site that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Monday through Sunday in the summer season. We also have a country
store with a large selection of items.





The hot spring pools are included when you stay with us; all day when
you check-in and all day when you check-out. The lower pools are open
daily from 9:00 am-9:00 pm, and we stay open till 11:00 pm on Fridays
and Saturdays in the summer season. There is a soaking pool (about
105 degrees), and lap pool (about 90 degrees), and we also have creek
side pools that are all natural in Chalk Creek.

The upper pool will be open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day
daily from 11:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. The upper pool has a 350 foot
slide.

Pools are open for the public every day too. It cost 10.00 for
adults, and 7.00 for children or seniors to get in on weekdays and
15.00 for adults, 10.00 for children and seniors on Saturdays and
Sundays.

We have a massage facility at the lower pool and prices for massages
are - $40 for 30 minutes, $55 for 45 minutes, $70 for 60 minutes, and
$100 for 90 minutes.
