Subject: A Green Fuzzy on the Rockies

Barbara -

 

As promised, I have created a new drink that I am dedicating to the wonderful women of Mt. Pleasant, Class of '67 and their summer trek to the Rockies.  My original name for the drink was the Fuzzy Green Orange, but in light of the upcoming gathering - less than a month away! - the new name will be the Green Fuzzy on the Rockies. 

 

Here's the drink:

 

Use an ice-filled 12 oz. glass

 

3/4 oz. Orange Vodka (I use Stoli Ohranj)

3/4 oz. Peach Schnapps

3/4 oz. Blue Curacao

3 oz. Orange juice

top off with club soda to fill

 

Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
