Thanks Barb for setting this up.  OK now lets settle item # 1.  Viva since there is a link to your email for lodging, are you willing to keep count of responders?  If so let’s have Ted put something to that affect in the welcome letter.  If you don’t want to do that, then I’ll have Ted direct people to me and then I will stay in touch with you for the first responders.  As well, I think we need to direct folks to respond only to Viva or me if they plan on coming and those that just want to chat to do so on the blog site.
